- Reading hours: Mondays to Wednesdays – 430pm to 530pm (online only), Thursdays and Fridays -330pm to 530pm (online only), and Saturdays – 10am to 2pm (online and in-person) upon request
- All appointments are booked online (here on this page) and require prepayment.
- The cut-off time for booking and prepaying online appointments is 24 hours prior.
- The cut-off time for booking Saturday in-person appointments is 12pm Tuesdays.
- Sundays and public holidays can be booked on a case-by-case basis if pre-arranged at least seven working days in advance.
- Different rates apply for weekdays and Saturdays, as well as for online and in-person Tarot readings.
- Appointments are scheduled in half-hour blocks and used in one session. For example, select two consecutive half-hour blocks to book a one-hour session. These blocks can be used by one person for an hour or shared by two people for half an hour each.
Self-Service Booking in Two Steps:
1. Selection and Prepayment:
* Choose your appointment and service (Tarot reading, Sound Board, or Level-Up motivational guidance).
* Prepay via PayPal or Internet banking – email me for my bank account details.
2. Confirmation Process:
* Forward your transaction details or a screenshot.
* Await appointment confirmation via calendar invitation and/or email and/or text message.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation and Refunds:
Refunds: 100% for cancellations two days prior, 50% for cancellations one day prior.
No refunds for same-day cancellations; rescheduling is preferable.
Rescheduling:
Appointments can be rescheduled at least one day prior, with one rescheduling allowed.
Failure to notify at least 24 hours before results in forfeiture of payment.
No Shows:
Missing appointments without prior notice leads to forfeiture of payment.
No-shows are not rescheduled or refunded as this impacts scheduling and client service.
Punctuality and Attendance:
Timely arrival is crucial, considering back-to-back appointments.
Late arrivals – minutes late will be deducted from the appointment duration, to avoid affecting subsequent sessions.
Group Tarot Readings
Terms and conditions
- The venue must be located in Wellington CBD. If elsewhere, the client must pay for travel expenses.
- For international clients interested in a ‘Group Tarot Reading,’ please reach out via email to make arrangements.
- Advance booking is essential. Coordinate with the Tarot reader to confirm the time and location.
- Full payment in advance is required at least five working days before the scheduled date to secure your booking.
- A refund, minus a cancellation fee, is applicable if cancelled two days prior to the booked date.
- No refunds are available for cancellations on the scheduled date.
- There is a $50 surcharge per hour on weekends and late nights (from 7 p.m. onwards).
